Schools are encouraged to maximize the participation of their students for the event. Students may register for the poster competition at the Registration portal give in TSE main site.

Details to be filled at the Registration portal

• Student Details: Name, Class
• School Details: School Address, Phone number (with STD code)
• Contact Details: Mobile numbers / e-mail ID of the participants
• parents/Gurdign basic details:

Applicants shall have to make their own arrangements to reach the venue. No transport allowance will be provided.

Last date of registration for poster Competition is 18^th November, 2020.

No refreshment or lunch packets will be provided at the venue for participants they should have to arrange that by themself. Seating arrangement may be limited for some specific people so we heartily regret for the inconvenience caused by the unfavorable circumstances suffered by parents/Guardians

Prizes:

• Three students each from both Junior and Senior category will be declared as winners at each venue.
• Prizes carry a Certificate and Cash Award.
• Consolation prizes and certificate of participation will be given to the next 06 participants. .
• Rest All the students will be provided with Participation Certificates with Only Soft Copy which they can download by logging to their account.
• posters will be evaluated by an expert panel

General Rules

• Registration / participation fee will be decided and notified in upcoming time
• It is compulsory to submit the poster of all participants for evaluation at our end. Submitted posters will not be returned.
